Jumping training is done, I can feel the difference today, then a week ago when I was doing the Plyometrics workout, I completed effortlessly than the 1st time, n resting less, this specific exercise is really improving my performance on the track, while I am running I have the feeling the I can going on and on, but I don't want to stress my body too much, I will increase the speed and the mileage gradually, but I am feeling more NRG now than ever.
